The book introduces a new valuation methodology called The Pressure Gauge Model™ and includes activities and exercises that teach readers (i) how to value their own business, (ii) how to increase the value of their business, and (iii) how to be better prepared to transition out of the business when the time comes. Dealflow
Dealflow is a leading M&A advisory platform that helps investors and entrepreneurs to buy, grow and sell their internet businesses. I started the company at the beginning of 2017 when I relocated from San Francisco to Mexico City. I sold a majority share in the company to a private equity firm in late 2019 and continued as the CEO until my remaining shares were acquired by a US-based eCommerce Group two years later.
